What is something you would like your students and parents to know about you, your personality, or your philosophy on teaching?
I have a loving husband and 2 beautiful children who attend Spicewood. They are my heart and my whole world. Their love and support allow me to do what I love the most, teach. I believe that every child can learn, but maybe not in the same way or in the same time frame. It's our jobs as teachers to find the best way to teach each child and work hard until they have success. I have seen what happens when everyone works together for the success of a child, and the end result is priceless. This is why I love being a dyslexia teacher. I love working with teacher's and parents to make my students day at school a positive experience. My students amaze me every day! Their resilience and commitment inspires me and motivates me when I get tired.
