When parents, teachers, and community members connect, our students thrive! Joining the PTA supports classroom resources, school events, and student programs.

2. Update your family information and assign students to their current grades.
3. Complete the PTA Membership Packet under Open Forms and check out.
Important: Creating an account does not automatically make you a PTA member. You are officially a member after completing checkout and receiving your email receipt.

Your donation to the Pad The Panther Den makes many of the fantastic programs at Spicewood possible. The PTA helps provide classroom supplies, engaging guests and field trips, library programs, and more.

APEX CAMPAIGN: September 15 to 26, 2025
A two-week, interactive leadership program combined with a fitness-focused event fundraiser that helps schools all over the country raise funds the healthy way. We raised ~$38K during last year's APEX fundraiser! A representative from APEX will be present at Parent Orientation Night (Sep 11th) to assist with any questions.

fall carnival (november 14th, 2025)
Our beloved annual tradition filled with indoor and outdoor games, a cake walk, a raffle, and much more! We raised ~$8K during last year's carnival! More information to come.
SPICEWOOD AUCTION & GALA
Save the date - our traditional adults-only Spicewood Auction & Gala will be hosted on February 21st 2026. Stay tuned for more information!

Where will my money be used?
We fund many programs in the school, including teacher classroom supplies, the school literacy library, the school garden and atrium maintenance, field trips, Fall Carnival, STEAM Day, One World One Night, multiple clubs and competitions such as Math Superstars, Destination Imagination, Spelling Bee, learning apps available for our children, class parties, support for the IB PYP program, and more.
Every spring we determine the budget for the following school year, working together with the teachers and the principal to determine the new and ongoing priorities at the school. All PTA members can get involved in this process.
