SPICEWOOD IN-HOUSE CAMPAIGN:

September 14 - 26, 2026

 

 

A parent-led, two-week giving campaign — no outside vendor, no daily classroom visits, just our own PTA community coming together for Spicewood. Every gift helps fund the programs our kids enjoy all year, from field trips to STEAM Day to classroom supplies. Classrooms unlock fun rewards as they reach giving milestones, and the whole school celebrates together at our Grand Finale: Friday Glow Disco on September 25 — with more surprises unlocked the more we raise together!

Our beloved annual tradition filled with indoor and outdoor games, a cake walk, a raffle, and much more! We raised ~$15K during last year's carnival! More information to come. 

 

 

SPICEWOOD AUCTION & GALA 

SPRING 2027

 

Our traditional Spicewood adults-only Auction & Gala will happen in Spring 2027 — a special night out for all the adults who care for our school. This event features silent and live auctions, raffles, and fun surprises galore. Last year it raised $85,000 for our school  — one of our biggest fundraisers and a beloved Spicewood tradition.

Where will my money be used?

We fund many programs in the school, including teacher classroom supplies, the school literacy library, the school garden and atrium maintenance, field trips, Fall Carnival, STEAM Day, One World One Night, multiple clubs and competitions such as Math Superstars, Destination Imagination, Spelling Bee, learning apps available for our children, class parties, support for the IB PYP program, and more. 

 

Every spring we determine the budget for the following school year, working together with the teachers and the principal to determine the new and ongoing priorities at the school. All PTA members can get involved in this process.
