What is something you would like your students and parents to know about you, your personality, or your philosophy on teaching?
I have high but realistic expectations for my students. I make a daily effort to see the best in each person and to engage in mindful and kind communication. I think happiness is contagious and that we should all try to spread joy throughout the day, because the alternative is not good for anyone.
Favorite Food (and dietary restrictions): Indian food (I'm vegetarian)
Favorite Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
Favorite Song or Band: Uptown Funk
Favorite Movie: Grease
Favorite Flower: Sunflower
Favorite thing about teaching: Seeing kids' confidence grow as they develop new skills.
What is your favorite morning beverage? coffee
